The solution provides remote monitoring, role-based access, and an overview of devices organised by room, building, campus, or region. The platform displays system status, alerts, disconnected devices, and available firmware updates. DeviceHub supports TeamConnect Bar Solutions at launch, and compatibility will be expanded to more devices by 2026. The solution is built on Microsoft Azure and adheres to established standards for authentication, authorisation, encryption, and data management. A local web interface allows for the configuration of a single device without additional software. The platform is designed to scale with the organisation's needs and simplify the operation of AV systems in larger installations.
