Friday 13 November

Friday begins with registration and a visit to the supplier exhibition at 12.30 pm. Lunch will be served at 1.00 pm.

Kjell Unes from Elesco and Maria Kjærlid-Auensen from the ES chain will take to the stage to discuss their expectations of suppliers and their own workshops when it comes to service.

The lawyer's hour will be hosted by lawyer Kyrre Kielland from the Ræder Bing law firm.

Lint build-up in tumble dryers has been a problem over the past two years. Thorough tests have been carried out at Sintef. Senior researcher Stephan Kubowicz will discuss the tests and the results.

An increasing number of products are becoming smart and require an internet connection. Cliff Gosman Dall and Rikard Fornbäck from Samsung, together with John Eriksen from BSH, will offer advice and tips.

Chains and suppliers will be represented, and there will be a mini trade fair with products. Friday concludes with dinner.

Saturday 14 November

On Saturday, the statutory and compulsory FSE course for technicians will be held. We conclude with lunch at 1.15 pm.

Non-members pay an additional NOK 400 per day.
