The device has a pressure-sensitive highlight button that provides tactile feedback during use, and can also give guiding pulses for breathing exercises before a presentation. Spotlight 2 offers several digital effects, including Spotlight, Magnify, Squarelight, Annotate, Digital Pointer and a class 1 laser. Via Logi Options+, the action button can be customised with shortcuts such as start, pause or screen dimming. The presenter supports Bluetooth or the Logi Bolt USB-C receiver, offers up to three months of use per full charge and three hours of presentation time after one minute of charging.
