The biggest news is the Pagaia flow-control system, which electronically regulates the pump power and water flow to the group head. The pressure is manually adjusted via a wheel, and the changes are displayed on a new double manometer. This makes it possible to customise the brewing profile according to different roasts and recreate the desired extraction. The machine now has a 1,800 W heating power and a stainless steel boiler, which reduces the heating time to around 15 minutes. The MaraX3 is part of LELIT's new Wave 1 design with wood in smoked oak or zebrano, elevated wooden feet, and a choice between brushed steel, white, or black finish. At the same time, the grinder Steve PM20 is launched with 64 mm flat steel blades and finer micro-adjustment. Price MaraX3: from 22,500 Norwegian kroner. Price Steve PM20: from 6,800 Norwegian kroner.
