The camera features a 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor of approximately 20.1 megapixels and a BIONZ XR processor. The autofocus uses AI-driven Real-time Recognition AF with subject recognition for humans, animals, birds, insects, cars, trains and aircraft. The camera offers blackout-free continuous shooting at up to 30 fps with AF/AE tracking. For video, it supports 4K 120p3, Active Mode image stabilisation, digital audio via the MI shoe and features such as S-Cinetone, S-Log3 and import of up to 16 LUT files10. The electronic viewfinder is a 0.5-type Quad‑VGA OLED with approximately 3.68 million dots, and the LCD screen is 3.0-type with approximately 1.62 million dots.
