Both models have four-wheel drive with individual motors and an active steering system for precise control. They handle steep slopes up to 80 percent and obstacles up to eight centimetres. RockMow Z1 uses Sentisphere AI Environmental Perception with RTK and VSLAM technology for centimetre precision, even in shaded areas and narrow passages. PreciEdge technology allows it to cut down to three centimetres from edges. RockMow Z1 LiDAR is built on the same platform but adds 360-degree 3D lidar for more detailed mapping of complex gardens. It combines laser-based navigation with four-wheel drive, an active steering system, and dynamic suspension for stable operation in densely planted areas.
