The oven reaches 400 degrees in 11 minutes and uses a top-mounted carbon heating element for stable and precise heat. The temperature is controlled via an intuitive touch display with manual control and six preset pizza programmes. The high and even heat allows for baking pizza in between 60 to 90 seconds. The oven can also be used for other cooking with a cast iron pan. The model is designed for indoor use and has a soft close door with triple heat-resistant glass for better insulation and safety.
