The AFC01 is an air fryer with two cooking modes: Crispy for even browning and a crisp surface, and Juicy+Crispy, which combines hot air with an integrated steam system to add controlled moisture.

This provides a crispy exterior and juicy interior. It has a capacity of 7 litres, and seven preset programmes can be controlled via a touch panel with manual adjustment of time and temperature. A transparent illuminated window makes it possible to monitor the cooking process. The basket has a ceramic PFAS-free non-stick coating, is dishwasher-safe and features silicone handles. The design includes matt surfaces and colours such as Black, White, Emerald Green and Storm Blue. My Smeg Assistant provides tips via a QR code.
