Power Norway had a turnover of 8.4 billion kroner in 2025, an increase of over one billion kroner from the previous year. The chain has grown for 13 consecutive quarters in Norway.

This is revealed in a press release.

– The most pleasing aspect is that this is genuine customer growth in our own channels, and not purchased growth. We are building on last year's records, and now we are growing by one billion, says CEO Anders Nilsen in the press release.

Operating income increased from 7.3 to 8.4 billion kroner, while the annual result before tax increased from 144 million to 167 million Norwegian kroner in 2025. The result improved by 15 percent compared to 2024, according to the press release.

Satisfied customers

It is further noted that customer satisfaction also strengthened throughout the year, with improved results in open reviews such as Google, Prisjakt, and Trustpilot.

– That customers choose us more often and are more satisfied than ever is the best confirmation that we are on the right track, says Nilsen.

The customer club MyPower was named the industry's best loyalty program in the Loyalty Barometer 2025. According to the press release, a total of 175 million kroner was paid out in bonuses to 1.8 million customers.

Functioning concept

According to the press release, Power Norway invested 33 million kroner in upgrading and establishing new stores in the past year, with chain-owned stores in Majorstuen and Grünerløkka in Oslo, as well as dealer-owned stores in Rjukan, Kirkenes, Sandnes, and Egersund.

– There is no reason to lean back. Our concept works and the market is more positive. We are going all out to offer consumers the right products, with good logistics and valuable data insight, says Nilsen in the press release.

Power Norway is owned by Power International, which in turn is owned by Awilhelmsen AS and Dolphin Invest AS by Øivind Tidemandsen. The Norwegian-owned group also operates Power in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden.
