Ros-Marie Grusén steps down as CEO of Komplett Group. Managing Director Vebjørn Torsetnes of Jernia takes over as acting CEO.

– After careful consideration, I have decided to resign from my position as CEO. I wish the board, employees, and the company all the best for the future, says Ros-Marie Grusén, in a press release from Komplett ASA.

– Ros-Marie Grusén has decided to step down as CEO of Komplett ASA. The board respects the decision, finds it regrettable, and would like to thank her for the efforts made in the role, writes Komplett in the press release.

– Through 2025, Komplett Group has delivered improved profitability, supported by margin progress and implemented cost measures, while maintaining a stable financial position with solid liquidity, says the chairman of Komplett ASA, Jaan Ivar Semlitsch.

As acting CEO, the Komplett board has appointed Vebjørn Torsetnes.

– Vebjørn Torsetnes has extensive leadership experience from the retail business and has until today been the managing director at Jernia. Previously, he led Kremmerhuset, and he also has experience from, among others, Tilbords and Norli. He will assume the position on 16 March 2026. Ros-Marie Grusén will be available to the company during the six-month notice period, according to the press release issued on 16 March.

– Through well-known brands such as Komplett, NetOnNet and Webhallen, Komplett Group holds a leading position in the online sale of consumer electronics in the Nordics. The group has a competitive cost position and has recently implemented strategic and commercial measures that contribute to strengthening competitiveness in the long term. I look forward to getting to know the business better and to contributing to a good development for the group going forward, says Vebjørn Torsetnes.

– There have now been several leadership changes in the company in a short period, and the most important task for the board in the future is to contribute to stability. The board has also received notifications, but Ros-Marie Grusén's desire to resign is not related to this. Notifications are related to the working environment, and the board will have increased attention on this going forward. This is followed up in accordance with the company's routines and applicable regulations, says Jaan Ivar Semlitsch in the press release.
