Nespresso appoints Dua Lipa as global brand ambassador and launches the Vertuo World campaign on 14 April, featuring a reunion with George Clooney.

According to a press release from Nespresso, the appointment of Dua Lipa marks a new chapter for the brand, with an emphasis on culture, creativity, and bold coffee choices.

– We are pleased to welcome Dua Lipa to the Nespresso family. She is a true explorer, and her energy aligns with the direction the brand is moving in. Together, we will inspire a new generation to discover new flavours, says Leonardo Aizpuru, marketing director at Nespresso, in the press release.

The company refers to its 40 years of innovation and describes the artist as a modern trendsetter.

Campaign launch 14 April

On 14 April, Nespresso launches Vertuo World, a global campaign across platforms. Dua Lipa already fronted the campaign at the announcement, and Nespresso informs that there will also be a reunion with George Clooney.

– I feel like I almost grew up with Nespresso. It was an easy choice to collaborate with them, and this is just the beginning, says Dua Lipa in the press release.

Nespresso collaborates with 168,550 coffee farmers in 18 countries through the AAA Sustainable Quality Program, established in 2003 in collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance. The company is headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland, operates in 96 markets, and has over 14,000 employees. In 2024, the company had 818 stores globally.
