It will become easier to find repairers in the Nordics. Aswo is launching a new overview and will, among other things, use social media to direct customers there.

At the Elon Expo training fair, Wenche Fynsk at Aswo is presenting in the first week of May a new solution that will make it easier to find repairers. The initiative is aimed at both manufacturers and end customers.

– There are many end customers who are unable to find local repairers because they do not know where to find them, says Fynsk.

She says the company will use new channels to make the service more visible.

– We advertise, among other things, on social media and direct people to our website, where the overview is available.

The overview is presented on a map, is based on Aswo’s existing contacts, and is being expanded continuously.

– With this, we want to promote sustainability and repairs, says Fynsk.

The overview already includes just over 130 workshops in Sweden, around 100 in Norway, 220 in Denmark, while 80 workshops are listed in Finland.

– We would very much like to work more closely with the workshops to increase their visibility, says Fynsk.
